VHU-1000B 1000kg Vacuum Lifter Petrol
The VHU-1000-B consists of a vacuum pump, combustion engine, and a vacuum filter. These components are built into a frame with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg. This frame is also a vacuum storage tank. The unit itself weighs only 85 kg. and can optionally be hung on the front of a machine or mounted on the back (between the roll bar, for example). Due to this low weight, this unit is very suitable for use with mini excavators and mini shovels. Various suction plates are available.

Trouble-free lifting/relocating up to 1000 kg
The VHU-1000-B is used in combination with a machine. With the standard lifting eye, it can easily be attached to various machines. This vacuum unit is also equipped with additional fall protection as standard. Two hooks with which the load can be extra secured with the help of a chain or strap when working above 1.5 meters.
Comfort and safety:
A handy control handle and a release valve directly in the neighbourhood ensures that the product can be positioned and released easily. From the working position, there is a direct view of the large vacuum meter so that it is always clear whether it is safe to lift. Finally, the VHU-1000-B is equipped with a frame which is also a vacuum storage tank.
VHU-1000-BVU:
The rental market is an important buyer of our vacuum units. Here people are more often confronted with less experienced users, so there is a need for "double security".
The VHU-1000-BVU is equipped with an additional safety package:
- Lamp set with built-in battery and voltmeter.
- Acoustic signalling.
The VHU-1000-B is equipped with its own petrol engine that takes care of the propulsion for the vacuum pump. The unit is therefore not dependent on the machine for its propulsion. This makes it very flexible for you as a user. Which machine do you have available? An excavator, forklift or wheel loader? In all cases the VHU-1000-B is easy to attach, and you can get started.
Handy transport support:
A handy transport bracket is available with the VHU-1000-B. This support ensures that the unit is stable during transport and/or storage and, not unimportantly, does not unnecessarily burden the seal.
Seal:
The wear part of, in principle, all vacuum units is the seal. This is the part that you will replace the most. We do NOT work with flat plates in combination with expensive vulcanized seals. With you (our customer) in mind, we produce suction plates with a profile that allows us to use industrial seals that are cheaper to purchase and easy to replace (also on the construction site).
