The WSC55 Spray Station improves curing and sealing efficiency on site.. If you need a concrete curing sprayer that lays down a fine, even finish while cutting waste, this is built for the job.
It’s a high-output concrete sprayer machine made for consistent results. It helps reduce curing agent consumption, cuts labour time, and brings overall operating costs down – backed by a powerful 5.5hp Honda engine for reliable performance.
The transporter trolley is built for site work. Smooth, foam-filled tyres make it easy to manoeuvre, and it carries either one 55-gallon (240-litre) or four 5-gallon (18-litre) drums, plus a worktable and an integrated hose rack for up to 250 feet (76 metres) of hose.
The unit includes a 50-foot (15-metre) hose (additional hose lengths are available) and a 5-foot (1.5-metre) spray lance that delivers a fine, even concrete sprayer pattern with minimal waste. The trolley fits into a standard Transit van and includes a tow-bar, so you can move it by hand or forklift.
A compact engine-driven compressor pushes leftover material out of the hose and back into the storage drum, ready for the next job. Compared to traditional concrete sealer sprayer systems, this feature helps reduce running costs.
